Macro/micro agressions
Keep a journal of observable and experienced macro and microaggressions in society. These journal entries can come from family, friends, school, TV, billboards, etc. Keep in mind what defines a micro and a macroaggression and take notice of what is around you. You are welcome to include images, snapshots or clips from items you see.

Ethnicity: a group of people that has a common national or cultural tradition
Tolerance: to willingly accept something or someone
White Privilege: social privileges/advantages of being white in color or race
Minority: a small group of people/population of people under-represented in the majority
Discriminate: to make fun of or judge a person based on race, ethnicity, sexuality, color, gender, etc.
Diverse: variety, different, multicultural
Prejudice: an opinion of someone/something that is not based on reason
Generalization: a broad or general statement or idea that applies to a group of people/things
Biased: unfair prejudice against someone, a group of people
Ignorant: unaware of one's surrounding or environment
Stereotype: a fixed image or idea of a particular type of person or group of people
